Meet Vanessa

Vanessa is a native of Miami, Florida, growing up in a bi-lingual home, and fluent in Spanish. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she spent most of her adult life and settled down to raise her three children. After becoming an empty nester, she fulfilled her dream of moving back to the beach and chose to call the beautiful Emerald Coast home.
 
Her dedication to ensuring both buyers and sellers are provided with the best real estate experience is unmatched. She authentically hopes to help others like her relocate to Florida’s most iconic beaches. Vanessa is especially passionate about serving military members transitioning to Tyndall AFB, Naval Support Activity Panama City, Eglin AFB, Duke Field, 7th Special Forces Group, Hurlburt Field, and Pensacola Naval Air Station.
 
While Panama City Beach, Florida is Vanessa’s primary location, the Team services the entire Emerald Coast that includes PCB, 30A’s Rosemary Beach all the way to Grayton Beach, as well as Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and Fort Walton Beach, North to Crestview and Freeport, and West to Navarre and Gulf Breeze. From Vacation Dreams to emerald coast living

Before I ever lived here, the Emerald Coast was our family's favorite vacation destination. Like so many people, I would spend months planning our trips to Panama City Beach and the surrounding beaches along Floridas's Emerald Coast. We would count down the days, save for the trip, and dream about those moments on the sand together.

Every year it felt magical. The kids were happy, I was happpy, and we made memories that would stay with us long after the vacation ended. And like every great beach trip, it always seemed to end too quickly. 

At the time, living here felt like a dream that might never happen.

Today I'm grateful to call the Emerald Coast home. I live where I once vacationed and dreamed about moving someday. Taking that leap to relocate to Panama City Beach was a little scary, but it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. In fact, the only thing I wish is that I had done it sooner.
